We are looking for talented game designer who really likes to conquer user’s wants. You will work with an awesome team to realising an high-level concepts. Your main tasks are:

• Design and balance game system, in-game economy, difficulty progression and more.
• Leading the collaborative process with artists, engineer.
• Continuously review development progress to ensure the final product quality meets the high expectations.
• Research and select promising ideas to create prototypes that can bring great experience to players.
• Monitor and analyze game performance and user data to improve existing features and game KPI metrics.

• At least 1 year experience at equivalent position.
• Solid knowledge in game mechanics, game flow, and UI/UX design.
• Analytics and statistical skill.
• Experience with game balancing, including in-game economies and difficulty progression.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Good knowledge of mobile & social game market.
• Absolute passion for playing and making games.
